- Content & Media:Images, videos, audio, or text that you upload or generate using our AI creation tools (e.g., AI-generated pet photos, AI chats, AI videos).
- Payment Information:If you purchase subscriptions or credits, payments are processed by Apple (In-App Purchase) and our subscription management provider (e.g., RevenueCat). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
- Communications:Information you send when contacting support, participating in surveys, or providing feedback.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device & Usage Data:IP address, device model, device type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, language settings, and activity logs (such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, generation requests, and timestamps).
- Cookies & Similar Technologies:Our website uses cookies (including browser type information) for session management and analytics. Our mobile app uses SDKs and local storage for session management and analytics. These technologies are not used for tracking or advertising purposes. We do not use your data to track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

- Social Login Data:If you log in with a third-party account (e.g., Google, Apple), we receive basic profile information as authorized by that provider.
- Analytics Data:We use analytics and crash reporting providers (e.g., Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics) to understand app performance and usage.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Generated content may be stored for a limited period to improve our Services and features, including quality monitoring and abuse detection. We take measures to de-identify and minimize access to such content. You may request deletion of your generated content at any time by contactingsupport@huggingpet.com.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us to request deletion.
